So...just four more weeks until the release of 'Cause and Resolve' and we're really pleased to announce that the video for the single has been added to the Radar Playlist on NME TV, which can be found on channel 377 on Sky. Hi All,

It is here! We will be releasing our debut single 'Cause and Resolve' on August 4th through Pronoia Records. It'll be available in stores on limited edition vinyl and online via itunes and other outlets. We're all really excited to be getting it out there, so save your pennies and prepare to buy a copy.

The newly edited video for 'Cause and Resolve' will be available to see online in a week or so. We want to extend enormous thanks to Grant Berry who's worked tirelessly to make it what it is, we have no doubt you will all agree it looks absolutely incredible.

so... finally after all of you guys kept asking we have gotten round to producing some wonderful merch for all you wonderful people!

T-Shirts are here in all sizes and girly fit to for those who want them. They were designed in house by Caspar and If you were lucky enough to be at the recent Water Rats show you will probably already have your hands on one! They are £10 each (+£2.50 postage & packaging) and available on the myspace page through PayPal.

We also unleashed our new limited edition ep { Vatican Sessions } upon an unsuspecting public at the Water Rats and we where thrilled to see it selling like hot cakes. The track listing is as follows:

all the songs have been tweeked and re-mastered by the supremo that is ARROW!!! himself and they sound awesome.

Before you ask { Vatican Sessions } is only going to be available at shows. Each sleeve has been hand designed and two-colour screenprinted by Caspar himself, and they are all packaged and numbered individually by the band with a select (secret) few signed by our good selves, so if you want one you'll have to get down to a show or wait till we sell them on tour later in the year. They are £5 each until they sell out!

We've got some great shows coming up over the coming weeks and months and we are really excited to get out there and meet all you guys who are spreading the Prego message.

Hey All,

We've got the mix back for our new track 'Answers' which is sounding amazing, so great credit to Guy Massey for doing an amazing job on the mix. We're lucky enough to be having a separate mix done by Mark Williams (the maestro that did such a good job on mixing 'Cause and Resolve'). So we're all very excited to hear what he does with the track!

Thanks to all you guys that came down to Barden's Boudoir last week, hope you enjoyed the first live rendition of 'Answers', it was a great night, and we're pretty sure everyone had a good time. We also enjoyed playing with such great people as Paul Marshall, Shady Bard and It Hugs Back...all of which were amazing.

We've uploaded some photos from our recent trip to Modern World Studios to the photo section, we had such a good time so do take a look.

We’re pleased to see ourselves in NME’s Buzz section this week, Mark Beaumont has said some very kind words about us, so do go and get yourselves a copy. You can see the article here

So, I know we’ve been quiet lately but we’ve been really busy getting our new guitarist, Brick bedded into his new home. For those who don’t know, Brick (Simon) joined the band at the turn of the year, and it’s been amazing having him involved, he’s added a great deal to us. We want to say a public thank you to Christian for the fantastic two years he put into the band, and all that he added.

We’ve also just come away from Modern World Studios in the West country where we’ve been doing some recording with the wonderful Guy Massey. The recording is sounding awesome and we’ll have it mixed within the next few weeks, so look forward to hearing it on myspace when it’s done!

We’ve got a couple of gigs coming up in April and May (check the gigs section for details), so do come along and support, we’re playing with some great bands, and we’re all really excited about getting out and gigging again!

With the recording of our debut album approaching, we thought we'd share some of our precious, mostly never heard before early versions of some of our tunes, we've named this collection of recordings 'The Vatican Sessions'.
